The land area translates to S$923.60 psf of gross floor area. The tender for Sengkang Grand Residences featured up to 4 shortlisted bids out of the 7 bids submitted according to URA, and the winning bid was awarded the site. The redevelopment of the sire is set to transform the 3.7-hectare land, which is actually one of the largest residential and commercial sites awarded since 2015.
